Jiang's 23rd at Iggy's. Every dish was original, unique and gastronomic. Was it worth the money? Definitely. So i shouldnt elaborate and let the pictures do the talking!

Foie Gras
Torchon,cromesquis, chawanmushi

Parma Ham, barley, peanut, kalamansi, pearl onion

Nicoise vegetables,quail egg, olive and anchovy

Master kobe short rib, cecile potato, leek, horseradish
my second favorite. the kobe rib totally melts in the mouth, yumyummm
Hole in One
Petit pois, passion fruit, molasses
supposed to crack open the golf ball and mix it up to eat together
Butternut Squash
Pepitas, coconut, balasmic
something special for the birthday boylone kalamansi marshmallow. the greedy bf ate his share before i had a chance to take a picture.
