wasabi bistro

I need to satisfy my cravings for japanese food so i convinced Jiang to go Wasabi Bistro ala-carte buffet Brunch with me! Actually he was not feeling well today, but he insisted on coming even though i told him not to because he said he promised me and he doesnt break his promises to me :)

We had each of the signature dishes which only allow us to order once :(
simmered salmon cheek. i usually disliked cooked salmon but this was really delicious!

there's crabmeat and avocado inside!salmon Mentaikoyaki
grilled buri kama
this is really special, papaya motoyaki, which has papaya and seafood wrapped with creamy sauce
i loved it!
next, we moved on to appetizers :)
seaweed saladsalmon skin salad
we decided to pass on the more common food like edamame, cold tofu etc, to save our tummy for main dishes!
fresh and yummy sashimi, comparable to wasabi tei!
The sushis were really really good too :)

rainbow rolls, jiang loved it! There's avocado and tuna wrapped inside, woo lala~
miyoko mama rolls
assorted tempura
salmon sioyaki, i dun like cooked salmon
teppan seafood, which was a disappointment because there's only salmon and prawns. Jiang expected scallops or something better
roasted duck in yuzu miso sauce (very nice)
australian tenderloin beef in teriyaki sauce :)
roasted beef in black pepper sauce
some rice in green tea thing that was surprisingly good
fruits :)
Singapore Dream. Quite nice actually
mousse of the day - coffee flavour!
black sesame ice-cream and super uber yummy green tea ice-cream
