Bar & Billiard Room Sunday Brunch

Me and Jiang celebrated our 4th anniversary at Bar & Billiard Room. Well, actually our anniversary is on 12th Mar, but we celebrated in advance because we wanted to try the Sunday Brunch here. Fine champagne, excellent service, fantastic food, it's really the best buffet i've ever had. And for now, i think i have had enough of buffets. I've been eating buffets like once every month nowadays and really, after i've tried the best, i dont feel like going for buffets anymore.

the danish pastry was very very nice

Appetizers. Everything on this table was delicious!

the sausage salad and peking duck salad was yummy!

i love unagi!

the usual fresh seafood- mussel, prawn, crab and oyster. The crab was super huge and sweet, Jiang had god knows how many servings of it!

maine lobster, lobster pancake, and sashimi. I totally LOVE the lobster pancake but the sashimi was only so-so. Really, after ikoi, im getting a bit picky with my sashimi

main course. main course wasnt as great as appetizers, unfortunately. But still pretty good nonetheless

pan fried foie gras!

veal and foie gras. Gosh, foie gras is sooo oily and fattening! But that doesnt stop me from enjoying it :)

lobster bisque

scallops, mushrooms, salmon, red cabbage. Everything was delicious!

beef, lasagne and foie gras

they actually have 2 chocolate fountains! One milk and one dark :D

Pistachio ice cream and kalamasi yogurt

the dessert table was full of sinful but delectable desserts! I made sure i tried each and every single one of them :p

oh my gosh, the strawberry macaron was heavenly and the chocolates were woo lala~

Bollinger champagne. It's really good and i had many many glasses of it, which was rather unusual given that i dont really like to drink. But i appreciate good stuff when i see it, and this was really great champagne :)
