Ikoi

Our much anticipated japanese ala carte buffet at Ikoi :)

It was really quality japanese food and the sashimi was extremely fresh! This restaurant is certainly waaayyyy better than Hanabi in terms of quality!i like our seats! So comfortable and so japanese!the green tea cups, so cute!Appetizer- vegetable sticks. I munch on the crunchy carrot like a rabbit :D salmon appetizer. really nice :) But it was complimentary so we couldnt order more, boo :(the very first thing we ordered was assorted sashimi! It was so good we ordered plates after plates. It was the first and last thing we ate :psalmon sashimi
the tempura was fantastic too, especially pumpkin! Oyako Don, very very nice, Von's favorite :D chicken wings were just bleah.
yakitori was nice
teapot soup. tasty and full of flavour wild yam? Whatever it is, it's nice
mackerel :)
there's cheese inside the sotong and it was so yummmmmyyyy yvonne said "12 more!"
udon. I remembered how i used to pronounce un don(exercise) as udon during japanese class at MOELC and endo sensi laughed at me!

more tempura! mushroom, lady's finger and the super yummy pumpkin!
fried rice This is interesting, Japanese "rong to fu"
rice with green tea. yikes!
stewed beef with potatoWe were so full we couldnt move. I felt 10kg heavier and couldnt even crawl out of the chair :(Geo the photographer took a pretty photo for us :)
Now it's time for dancing and dieting to lose the weight before cny!
