Brotzeit
Have been long since we had german food, so here's Brotzeit!
and of course, what's a german restaurant without the beer that everyone raves about? So we had Weissbier. I like it :)
We had Wurstplatte, which is a sausage platter for 2, since all the sausages look so delicious and we had no idea which to choose. The platter consists of 5 different types of sausages, but i couldnt really tell what they are.I must say, the sausages were FANTASTIC! Juicy, succulent, crispy...ooohhh yummy! Think there's spicy chicken, lamb, and pork...but heck, all tasted real good! A must try for sausage-lovers! And not to forget the yummy horseradish!
Jiang had Kaiserschmarren, which is shredded pancakes with rum & raisin.
And i had Sachertorte, traditional chocolate cake. And the truffle on top was oh-so-delicious.
After lunch, we watched American Gangster. A super long movie, almost 3hours long, but quite entertaining. And I realised we only eat, shop, watch movie on our dates. Hmm...gonna think of other more interesting stuff to do...Labels: monthly-versary, wine and dine
