Au Petit Salut French Restaurant

Lunch at Au Petit Salut French Restaurant for an early monthly-versary meal :) I think it have set the standard too high, cos Jiang says he wouldnt go for anything less worthy than this :( The set lunch was only 25++ and the food was heavenly, where else could be any better?Les Entreés
Half dozen baked Burgundy snails with tomato and garlic butter

Ocean trout tartare seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and herbs, mesclun salad

Les Plats
Red wine braised beef cheeks, carrots, mushroom and parsley potatoes Braised lamb short ribs, herbs crust and polenta the best lamb i have ever eaten! The meat was soft and i could already smell heaven when i cut through it...yummmmm

Les Desserts
Fresh strawberries salad with strawberries sorbet
Créme brulle infused with fresh Madasgascar vanilla beans
