Candy Floss Dreamz

My mum was craving for some claypot rice from People's Park and so we travelled all the way there for dinner. The whole block is going to be torn down at the end of the month and so this was our last chance for it.

I didnt know the stalls here are so popular. There is this stall that sells yam cake and the queue was horrifying. It only opens at 5pm and i heard that there were people who started queueing at 4! We wanted to try but it was only 6 plus and they were almost sold out. The queue was still long then!

The claypot stall wasnt any better. We had to wait for a bloody 50 minutes before we got our food! They use traditional stoves for it and that explains why everyone has to wait for soooo long. I was really really starving so it better be good!looks nice? The chicken was pretty tender,yummy.the remnants I thought one bowl of rice would be enough for me, but no, i couldnt resist a second bowl even though it was quite oily. Now i know why people are willing to queue for almost an hour for this.
